"Through Expedia this hotel offers “Pay on Arrival” but then later the hotel sends a message requiring some partial prepayment or reservation will be cancelled. However, at this point there is no convenient way to prepay as over the phone payment and payment through Expedia not possible. For us it was very stressful and inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel should not offer “Pay on Arrival” through booking websites."

"the hotel is tired but fine, staff are helpful, location is remote, pickup shuttle only available from ADA airport, not SAM Airport be aware when booking flights, get phone sim & data as you have to have address & maps of where you are going, In hotel area very little english - google translator is needed "
