"Amazing experience. Good service. Polite staff. Highly recommended. We spent a nice time in hotel which really looks like a castle or luxury mansion with cosy warm nicely decorated rooms, strong showers, clean bedding and towels, memory foam mattresses, fridges full with free beer and water, some snacks. Personally us, we had a balcony window with a lovely view to the garden and river Themes(balcony door can be a bit opened for fresh air). Walkable to main sightseeings and underground. "it’s very conveniently located and everything was easily accessible via subway, bus and taxi. We walked to most of the places. Staffs were very nice and tried to accommodate us as much as they could. Room was clean. Only thing that I was not satisfied was the size of the bed. Queen size or double size was a little tight for two people. Coming from California, I thought the shower was amazing. Great water pressure that I have not seen anywhere in CA!! That alone was worth the stay!"
