"Was assigned a room with disability. I feel this room shouldn’t be assigned to a normal guest. It makes the whole experience stay feels like a hospital stay."

"In a word - disappointing. We've stayed here as a family in the past, in a well-lit room with windows in the old part of the hotel. Don't be fooled by the photos - our recent 'inward facing room' (as described by staff who said most rooms are like this) was in the newer part with 'windows' that were just frosted glass and didn't open - beyond which there was an ominous glow that never turned off. Front desk told us that the nice rooms could be requested but not guaranteed and are generally reserved for guests staying "10 or 12 nights." Okay... In addition, our room was badly in need of updating and poorly maintained (shower curtain was the wrong size and came off the rod when being opened/closed). I could go on... Positives: very clean, great location, friendly porters"

"Z-Hotels are for the minimalist traveler. The rooms are small but comfy, and the amenities seem to be minimal. The Leicester Square hotel is VERY conveniently located to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and the National Gallery. All walking distance. It's also just a short walk to LOTS of restaurants and theaters. There's a whole selection of Italian restaurants within 5 minutes, the Chinese section is only 10 minutes, and then there's steak houses, pubs, Indian restaurants, etc. within 15 minutes walk. I was very surprised at how active this area was. Conveniently located to the water taxi's (Uber boats) and with a bit more a walk, to the London Eye (if that's your thing). On site is a small restaurant and bar. They do have a tapas offering with some nice cheeses each night. The hotel itself is a bit oddly shaped with some of the rooms below street level (the restaurant is also below street level). Most rooms do not come with windows. Frankly, a room with windows in this hotel is not worth the extra cost. The beds are comfy although you'll likely feel cramped until you're actually in bed. Bathroom in my room was small but functional."

"The staff were super nice and helpfull and the location was perfect. That being said I think the rooms could use a deep cleaning, also they are very loud. But not a bad place for a quick stay."

"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"A decent enough hotel. Location was good, I stayed on the 9th floor and was a little distracted by the noise from the rooftop bar on level 10, but that eventually stopped just after 11pm."
