We stayed at the Hotel David for four nights. The staff are welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff did an invisible but excellent job, leaving our room immaculate every day. Our twin room was spacious, with ample storage space, and a large shower room off a small hallway. The bed was very comfortable. There a wide variety of food for breakfast, including fresh fruit and freshly made pastries and cakes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind the 15-20-minute walk...

A lovely spot for relaxation .The appartments were lovely and comfortable .the only criticism was you do need a car to get any where. It is totally in the middle of nowhere.

we would live here if we could. beautiful family run place, far more care and attention to every little detail than you would ever expect in even the very best hotels. beautiful grounds set in vineyard and olive groves, resident animals, fantastic restaurant onsite and lovely staff. the setting is so beautiful that one afternoon we got back to our apartment to find people taking selfies with our apartment door. our one suggestion would be to designate one of the pools as adults only as it did...

A great place to stay for 3 days. It’s a bit older and shows in the room, particularly the shower head but overall it was value for money.

This was a delightful place to stay with stunning views over the vineyards. What we enjoyed most of all was eating our evening meal with the family who are 4th generation wine makers. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and their home cooked meals were delicious. It's a good place to stay as a base to see Florence and other places all easy to get to by car. Can't wait to go again!

This is an extraordinary place to stay. Utterly beautiful views at all times, in all directions. The walk through vineyards and olive groves into Vinci is a pleasure, and the little town is a lovely example of Tuscany, with added interest of Leonardo. Easy to reach Pisa, Siena, Florence, San Gimingnano and the Ligurian coastal towns by car from here. Surrounding countryside and villages just stunning, especially along the Montebalno ridge. The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside.

Amazing stay! Loved the apartment, spacious with everything we needed, comfy beds & very clean. Wine from their vinyard in the room was a lovely touch and we enjoyed a couple of bottles in the evenings we were there as well as a wine tasting and tour. We found the apartments really easily from our sat nav and it was a great location close to villages but still in the countryside.
