"Warning: Valet parking is essentially your only parking option. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and clearly very new. However, some of the challenges that come with a newly opened property affected our stay. We stayed for nearly a week and did not receive housekeeping service a single time. I called multiple times, and while the front desk staff were polite and apologetic, the issue was never fully resolved. I was told I would receive points as compensation for the inconvenience, but I have not received them. Fresh towels were provided when requested, but having to repeatedly call for basic housekeeping needs became frustrating, especially while traveling with a baby. While the hotel itself is attractive, the lack of consistent service significantly impacted our experience, and unfortunately, we would likely choose a different hotel for future visits."

"The hotel was very clean and nice. No weird smells. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, and less than most hotels for continental breakfasts, but not bad. They have an odd kiosk for front desk help, with someone remotely there on a camera screen, which was super weird and awkward, as there was also someone sitting at the front desk, behind the sign that said to use the kiosk for all front desk needs. No real complaints."

"We had a wonderful time staying here for my daughter’s graduation from DU. The staff was lovely especially Brent Zorensky, the restaurant manager. He handled our large (crazy) party of 11 with a lot of humor and grace. Really made the experience wonderful. Thank you to everyone at the Hyatt!"
