"I had a wonderful stay at the Geneve Hotel in Mexico City. The location is excellent-close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the city. I requested a quiet room and was pleased that the hotel accommodated my request. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, there was a noticeable downside: a loud noise coming from what seemed to be an electric plant. It was quite disruptive at night and made it difficult to get proper rest. The staff truly stands out for their exceptional service. They consistently go above and beyond to meets guest needs. A special muchas gracias to Julio for recommending a flower shop where I found beautiful flowers for my friend. Also, mil gracias to Carlos, who kindly took the time to accompany me to church on Sunday- a gesture I will never forget. My only other concern was with housekeeping, as on several occasions clean towels were not replaced, which meant I had to call the front desk. This was a bit inconvenient. Overall, despite a few minor issues, this is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff, and I will still highly recommend it. "

"Great place to rest overnight before your next flight! Close to airport and offers shuttles to and from airport! Had all amnesties needed. Had restaurant at hotel with good food. Definitely will stay here when passing by CDMX next time!"

"Excellent stay! Everyone was nice, everything was clean. Walking distance to a lot of places. I was impressed on how comfy the bed was, and of course working AC is a plus! The only thing is they need additional trash cans because there was only one in the bathroom. Overall, had an excellent stay. "
