"Booked a Luxury-Suite with balcony-view to the pyramids with Expedia. Room was NOT available at arrival. Reasons varied depending on whom you asked. My educated guess is, the hotel goofed the booking and was overbooked. Management offered a cancellation, but standing in Gizeh in an unsafe area at night without a room was not a real option. I didn’t like that my first room on 1st floor was dirty and the pillow was without pillowcase, Floor and Toilet dirty, the glass door too but Meran help me right away and provide me another room.
