"l enjoyed my stay best hotel"

"Loved the beach, sandy with no rocks, clean and very safe for our kids. The food was very good too, some days better than others. The massage at the spa was perfect. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Overall we’re very pleased with the hotel and will definitely go there again. "

"Please forgive me, I accidentally left a 1-star review earlier and haven’t been able to figure out how to remove it. I want to make it clear that I truly enjoyed my stay at Sofitel! In fact, I loved it so much that I extended my trip by two extra nights and chose to continue staying at Sofitel. The service and staff were absolutely wonderful, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and while it was a little noisy on the balcony, once the doors were closed, it was very quiet inside. The views were lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The restaurants served great food, we especially enjoyed the Lebanese restaurant and ended up dining there almost every day because the food was so delicious! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!"

" Dry good amenities "

"The hotel and all is facilities area amazing. The beach area is huge and there are so many pools to enjoy. The sea and jetty for snorkeling is very safe and lifeguards are always on duty. Amazing fishes swim around you, even in the shallows . Highly recommend this place. Kareem, our room caretaker was brilliant and went above and beyond . Absolute gem of a guy! Abu bakr, Mo Salah and Fadhal at the beach were also fantastic, always taking care of you with cold drinks and anything else you need. The animation team was also fab for kids and adults alike. Daily entertainment for all the ages. "

"A great property, but it’s dated. The facade is in the midst of a facelift as are the stores and hopefully the rooms will follow. The room was spotless, but dated. The garden and pool area were spectacular. There was a live band and then music playing in the evening which added to the ambience. Most staff spoke fluent English, but others couldn’t understand basic questions. "
