A real gem and walk along canal .

I stayed in a 18 bed dorm. The bunks were side by side rather than end to end. There were some partitions between beds but they didn’t extend to the ends so there was a lack of privacy, don’t understand why they don’t put partitions end to end. Mattress was very thin but still reasonably comfortable. Natural light was from skylight with no blinds so you might be woken by early light. Amazing staff. Everyone does their job well: receptionists were helpful and friendly, sheets and toilets were probably the cleanest I've ever seen in hostels. Super satisfied with my stay. Thank you guys!

Once I checked in and spoke with a staff member; I was shown the set up with the app and how it unlocked the doors. Really clever. Private 6 bed dorm with bathroom was fab and most importantly was clean. I slept really well, bed really comfortable. I will definitely stay again when visiting Camden. So easy and so reasonable.

Great location, friendly bar staff on check-in. The bed, pillow, linen and space are comfy. I had a window too. So it was nice. I was really tired from not sleeping the night before, so I went to bed very early. The only issue was that it was noisier than last time. The local area was very nice, and the hostel was easy to find. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. Also massively cheap for the centre of London, in ear shot of Big Ben/The Tower of London. I plan to stay here again when I travel to London again, as perfectly located for all transit in London.

Staff should make sure that the bins in the female toilets are emptied, this way avoiding toiletries on the floor.

Reception staff such as Katy were excellent - helpful, welcoming and professional. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good and location is convenient. Friendly environment.

Room was clean where I concern my place was. But what I would like to highlight it’s the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. Location is perfect very central walking distance to many attraction and also shops
