"Hotel in general need of a ‘spruce up’, noisy and the breakfast staff weren’t the most helpful. However check in/reception was excellent, the Arran products were lovely, bar staff great and the parking was the main feature. It’s in a gorgeous location and is overall a great hotel. Thanks for the stay :)"

"Great friendly service, really comfy beds, great shower , love that you can hook your phone up to the room speakers via Bluetooth and the location is incredible - the only thing I’d say is it’s not one for light sleepers as there’s noise until 3 am at weekends - I’ll be back, I’ll just remember ear plugs!
