"Staff was great, room okay for 3 people. Breakfast buffet was good but did lack in the beverage section. Coffee machines broken, was there for 6 days and not one repaired, juices were almost always empty. Found that when bus tour groups were in need to have more staff. Felt bad for the staff in the dining area as they really worked hard to keep up. Hotel a little off the main streets but got used to it pretty quick. "

"I stayed in the Courtroom and was pleasantly surprised with how comfy the beds were. Bathrooms were clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious, and I liked the option of pre-ordering it through their guest portal to save a few ££. Would recommend!"
