Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. The small lake , the landscape

Stopped over for one night. Had a very nice curry in the evening and good full English breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and shower very good.

Great location for a shopping trip to either Lakeside or Bluewater (or go to both like we did!) as it is in the middle of both. We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nice and spacious. Nice big shower and everything was clean. Enjoyed the breakfast, lots to choose from. Would definitely return.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.
