"Very convenient place to stay for a layover."

"Arrived at airport train station. Taxi wouldnt take is including my elderly mother as it was too close !!! Excellent access from terminal 2 arrivals. To get there from station however took us 30 mins to walk through the sky tunnel as only one travelator working. . No directional signage in airport for this hotel. No info on Expedia booking info either. Once at hotel very clean and nice. Receptionist polite and helpful but kept looking at screen even when i was greeted. No mention of where to go for onward travel. Might as well have electronic check in desk. So if you book great for arrival at airport. Not so easy from transport terminus if you find walking difficult. "

"The hotel is clean and modern. However, I found menu items overpriced for the quality of the food. Also the dispenser in the room for hand lotion and hair shampoo and conditioner were empty. The front staff at reception were fast and knowledgeable which I appreciated."

"We have stayed at this hotel 10 times now. Always a lovely stay. However on our first night we got woken up with a dog barking which ruined are first night. When we went to complaine the lady at the reception was very helpful her name was Alison. Asked if we wanted to change rooms and gave us a drinks voucher. I just feel we missed out on a relaxing stay."
