"When we checked in, we were unexpectedly hit with a $34.50 per day Destination fee. We protested but were told that it was mandatory. We had no choice and it added $168 to our trip. Plus it put us in a negative frame of mind toward the hotel and the staff who had to defend it. I would never stay at a Westin again."
