We used the hotel as a stop off point on the drive from Orlando to Savannah. We picked it from the Expedia website for it's budget price and at about 90 miles from Orlando a suitable distance to drive after a long day. We couldn’t fault this hotel one bit. It was modern & stylish with an engaging & fun reception area (complete with complimentary pool table) & the design & functionality of our room was both practical & tasteful in equal measure. Good sized living area with sofa bed, leading to a large bedroom. Bathroom good too. Some areas of wear, but on the whole good. Breakfast included in price is basic but good. Staff excellent - Angel Vazquez immediately addressed an issue we had. Would stay again

Great hotel overlooking the water and close to all amenities. The hotel was clean,attractive and served a great breakfast. This included cereal,yogurt fresh fruit ,juice,tea,coffee and a hot entree.yummy! There were lovely verandas on which to relax and enjoy the sea views. Hotel in need of updating/refurbishment. Stayed 2 nights and room not serviced. Beds not made bins not emptied or fresh towels! Front desk friendly but just not good enough. Not much around either. I would recommend staying closer to centre if visiting st augustine.

The best location in St. Augustine is on the waterfront. You can walk around the centre of the city from the hotel. We saw dolphins in the river from our nice balcony. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Staff were polite and courteous and sorted out any concerns. Parking is pricey at $40 a day.
