"Had a wonderful stay. The pool and spa were a huge hit!! It was very centrally located to many of the tourist attractions and parking was easy! I love, love, loved the mini waffle maker for breakfast. A whole waffle is often to much!! Yum!! Free Breakfast with my stay is always great but this one was delicious!"

"This has been our go-to hotel when visiting St Augustine. Super convenient being right on the beach, dog friendly, balcony in ebery room to enjoy the sunshine. It's a nice spot."

"This hotel was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to drive to the historic district. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very kind and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"This property had very nice common areas. We got in very late and think because they were likely fully booked and we needed an accessible room we got a room that hadn’t been used or cleaned thoroughly for a while. The sheets were stained. We requested clean sheets and were some new ones right away. But because of the musty scent in the room and my asthma I couldn’t sleep in the room and kept having asthma attacks all evening. I ended up sleeping in our rental van outside our room. My husband said he slept comfortably. If my health was better I could have possibly stayed as well. I am not sure that the other rooms would have had the same issues as the other reviews are good. We ended up moving to a different hotel because of my health. "

"I've stayed 3 times now at the Casa Monica, hotel is clean and staff friendly. It is right in the heart of old town St. Augustine and will definitely stay again."

"We saw a good bit of garbage and litter around the property. Cleanliness was not great in the room. Filth not wiped down on doors and pubic hairs were in the bed and also in the bathroom. Hotel noise was significant. Not just the train which was awful but other guests. Weed smell came into our room from other guests staying below us. You do get what you pay for and we din;t pay a lot so there you go."

"Older property but has been updated a bit. Rooms are clean and pet friendly. Decent free breakfast. Good location to visit the old downtown area. They do charge $10 to park. I’d stay there again especially for the price. "
