ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata
10/10 Excellent
"Our recent stay at the ITC Royal Bengal was nothing short of exceptional. We booked a two-bedroom serviced residence, which turned out to be the ideal setup for our family of four. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Daily housekeeping was top-notch, and any request we made was met with prompt and courteous service.
What truly elevated our experience was the culinary journey across ITC Royal Bengal and the adjoining ITC Sonar. The Grand Pavilion was a standout—offering an astonishing spread of over 200 dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s a dream come true for any food enthusiast. We also indulged in the refined flavors of Dum Pukht and Peshawri, and enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of the Tea Lounge. All of these are located within ITC Sonar, which is conveniently connected to Royal Bengal via an internal corridor.
Another highlight was the guest lounge, open from 6 to 8 PM. It’s a cozy spot to unwind with complimentary drinks and a selection of finger foods—perfect for a pre-dinner hangout or a casual evening chat.
Whether you're traveling with family or looking for a luxurious escape with world-class dining, ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar deliver an experience that’s both indulgent and memorable."
