"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was extremely clean, very modern, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were huge and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water, which made relaxing after a long day even better. The hotel had everything to offer! Pool, fitness center, laundry room, restaurant/bar, etc. We also loved the complimentary coffee bar in the mornings and the ample seating throughout the lobby area. Most importantly, the staff was so friendly and welcoming during our entire stay. Very happy with our experience and will absolutely stay here again!"

"This place was absolutely beaten up. Grounds were not maintained, walls, rooms, hallways etc stained dirty broken and just really bad shape for the price. Things that were offered were not available and if there is any event scheduled, guests are pushed out of those areas over 4 hours before an event when eating lunch in a common area (even though charged an amenities fee on top of the stay by the ownership). Extremely confusing to get on the property and everything listed as “on property” was not accurate as there is an adjoining “higher end” facility which other guests thought was where they were staying as well. First and last time ever. Would have been a memorable 25th anniversary but now it is for all of the wrong reasons. Suggest bite the $$ bullet and stay in Charleston."

"The staff is super friendly and they accommodated for our needs as we were in town for our dog’s surgery. They helped to make a stressful situation more palatable, and we are grateful. The breakfast and 24-hour coffee/tea access were a real treat also. We love that the place welcomes dogs and cats."

"Breakfast was very fresh. They were constantly replenishing eggs. There was no gluten free bread for toast. I have to take my own. Parking was as safe as anywhere! The entire experience was great. There needs to be an upgrade in toilet paper!!!!!! Your fingers go right through it leaving your hands a terrible mess."

"Loved the pool, our room and the voucher for a free can of beer! Our room was on the opposite side of the inlet and was very quiet and peaceful at night. Beds were wonderful and the assortment of grab and go breakfast sandwiches, coffee and other treats hit the spot. It was about a 15min drive to downtown Charleston which worked out great. I would definitely come back to visit!"
