"The elevator worked but didnt work after I had to have my room changed from the second floor to the third floor and had to carry my bike and bags up stairs. My room needed to be changed because the sink in the bathroom flooded the bathroom floor. "

"WiFi in the room wasn’t working and talking to the front desk the answer I received was that some rooms have this issue and it’s been this way for a while. There was no aim to resolve this issue. When I pressed again I was told I had to call their IT support and see if I could fix it!!! Extremely poor customer service. Stayed 2 nights without any WiFi. Will probably not stay there again. "
