"My man and i were visiting the area for the weekend . This hotel was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. It was also quiet. The room was clean, it took some adjustment to leaving your key in the wall so the room would have power. My only complaint is that the room phone didnt work. I kept trying to call the front desk to request more towels, but the phone never worked. Other than that the stay was great. The breakfast area was always clean and stocked. Next time I'm in the area i would stay here again."

"Hilton seems to have given up on this location. I walked in and thoguht I might have to change my reservation to a different location. Worn carpet and dirty furniture in the lobby. Paint chipped in some areas. Ground in dirt. Water valve in shower not tight enough to keep from drifting. With all of that, it is still the quietest hotel around. The staff is outstanding! "

"ARRIVE is our go-to Austin hotel! Love the texting system to communicate with the friendly staff quickly. On our most recent trip, one of the room's AC was out, but the staff apologized, speedily relocated our party, and comped our parking. Very nice rooms with comfortable bedding in a fun, colorful part of the city!"

"The parking is a rip off-paid for 2 hours and then we left to go to a wedding. Then we paid more than twice that for the overnight fee when we returned. They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to check in one hour early. It was advertised as having a kitchen which consisted of a mini fridge and hot water kettle-not even a microwave. The front desk person was rude/indifferent. And there was thumping music from the restaurant across the street until midnight. I will NEVER stay in a Kasa property again!!"

"Good locations and price. My only issue was the stairs, coming down at night to go to the bathroom, and I fell… there should be some lights by the stairs to prevent this. I couldn’t see and missed the last 4 steps! Besides that it was all good. "

"My stay was great! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was a little confused during check-in, but one of the gentlemen at the front desk kindly helped walk me through the process and even walked me to my room. The room was very clean and looked wonderful. I really appreciated the great customer service and had a very pleasant stay."

"I will be honest, the staff is very friendly but every room I walked past you physically see MOLD on all of the curtains, there was also mold under the refrigerator where it sits. That has to be a health hazard "
