Very pleasant hotel with excellent food

Staff were very helpful and the rooms and public spaces were clean and tidy. The hotel is well located with Denver’s premier mall close by along with some great restaurants. My only criticism, if you are on vacation is that housekeeping can take a long time to service the room - in our case 4pm.

I travelled alone for business, stayed 5 nights, loved everything about the hotel. Not too far from the train station, which takes about 40-50 min to downtown Denver. I would have given a five-star for staff because nearly every staff I talked to were incredibly nice except the one blonde lady who I thought (I’m sure) was subtly rude and probably incompetent- I know them when I see one. The manager, Jonathan is a 10/10 manager and excellent in his role as a manager. The housekeeping staff are...

Great hotel & a wonderful location. We stayed over New Years & it was amazing! The staff were awesome and the bar down stairs is cool

Nice hotel and room

Comfortable bed, good shower with decent quality cruelty free bathroom products. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful and polite staff, rooms were nice , breakfast was plentiful

Great bargain hotel, nice breakfast, easy connections into downtown 7-11 across the street, Walmart 5 minutes away

Clean comfortable and spacious room. Friendly helpful guys on front desk. Felt safe. Quiet enough to get a good sleep. I was really impressed with the staff here, nothing was too much trouble. I was a little worried by a few low score reviews but I shouldn't have been. I could not fault my stay! Would definitely stay at Extended Stay again based on this and will be back here next time in the city.
