"The room was 1st class, big comfy bed , great shower, and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend."

"We booked this hotel through Expedia and, due to last minute changes in our travel plans, I contacted Expedia before check-in to request a date change. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the hotel side, which was disappointing. We checked in quite late and only spent a short time at the property. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and has fairly limited amenities for what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool was also not operational during our stay. The buffet breakfast was average at best and did not meet the standard compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at. The only real positive was the location, which was convenient and easily accessible."

"No clean rooms. Had mosquitoes. No way to call cab. Address given is wrong. This property is in sector 9 vs the given address was in sector 8. No airport shuttle. No hot water."
