"Amazing hotel, one of the nicest hotel I ever stayed. The standard room is huge, we had so many luggages, I thought we would need to upgrade for something bigger but nope, plenty of room. The beach is quieter comparing to other hotels, it’s a family friendly hotel, kids have movie nights at the pool, adults had live music in the evening by the fireplace. We had an amazing family holiday and can’t wait to come back next year! "

"The room was clean but asked for non smoking room, and our room badly smelled like smoke. The ground was full of cigarette butts and there was no place safe for me to walk my Service Dog. The staff did not speak or understand English, very hard to communicate what was needed. My husband fell in the very slick bathtub 4/13/2026 and is still hurting on 4/22/2026 This accident was reported to the front desk and nothing was done."

"Excellent hotel as in clean, friendly, and close to eateries and shopping. Love this town of Dunedin. Next door to Clearwater-few miles. This hotel has covered parking!! And pet-friendly!! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended. "
