Location is excellent. Amenities too. The F&B is expensive, but not prohibitive, and the value for the rooms is decent. Just really great hotel and people! "

"Decent value-price relationship for the location. Some feedback: - you should have floors dedicated to business travelers. I had a sleepless night thanks to a group of party-goers banging doors and yelling along the hallways. - what is the problem with elevators? some times some days it would take up to 6 minutes to go from floor 36 to the Lobby. Same thing waiting to go up. - rooms need some upkeep: vanity in the bathroom needs replacement, mirror with rusty frame, tiles in kitchen...
