"Our room was small, but clean. We were right by the elevator shaft and it was incredibly noisy at all hours. For some reason at 1:36am someone felt that was a good time to do some sort of work in the elevator and there was what sounded like hammering for about 30 mins on and off that was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t wake our baby. The TV also didn’t work for several hours due to some cable issues, but I can’t say that was the hotels fault. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great. Close to everything downtown and a short walk to Busch Stadium. They also offer a shuttle to the game which is nice. We’ve stayed here before and will likely stay again. Just do yourself a favor and make sure you’re not next to the elevator. "

"Rude after hours valet, valet not available after certain hrs which was not told, even though we had to pay 50$ per night. The stay was expensive and did not meet the expectations "

"Pool was freezing for the kids. It was more like an ice bath which is disappointing. The room was small but it worked for the family of four. There were some other oddities that made it challenging. For example the parking garage height prevented any larger vehicles from self parking. "
