"Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing. Front desk helped me with issues that I found with the room (smelled like cigarette smoke and closet door handle broke off). The hotel really needs to be updated due to wear and tear. "

"Staying at this place was an experience in a way I have not had at the interstate motels. The Embassy was elegant and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with good hot food and fresh fruit like pineapple and watermelon chunks. You could even have an omelet made to order. The evening hospitality was in a nice comfortable area and a pleasant way to step away from the room without leaving the hotel. Our grandkids loved the pool as it was 3’ deep all the way and made fir a safe swim environment. Valet service made coming and going easy - just scan the barcode and your car is brought right to the door - just scan to tip as well. There are lots of different restaurants all around the area. It was a pleasurable stay."

"It is a nice hotel near to Gateway Arch (1 min walk), the only confuse is to parking. Just get in to the garage and go directly to level 2 (green area), then take to elavator for check in. Parking is extra 40usd per day."

"I have stayed here for the second straight year and have got to know the staff by name. When you have staff that have been there for decades, somebody in upper management must be doing something right. The location to the sport arena and casino could not be any closer. The location to the Gateway Arch and riverwalk are also pretty close."
