There was not nearly enough staff to take care of guests. We experienced rudeness a number of times from staff members. When we got there, we had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa. We asked two times about three hours apart and finally had to go downstairs to get her own sheets the third time. on the second day we were there out of three days they decided not to clean our room at all. I have never left for any hotel but the service was so terrible. I felt like it would be best to caution anyone wanting to stay at this place.
