"I have never stayed at a Drury but if you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel, then this is the one! The rooms were very clean every day and the food (not just the breakfast, you get some free drinks and dinners between 5:30-7:30pm) was delicious. My family and I enjoyed the Drury and plan to go back to one."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my more than four decades of travel around the world. Not only is the property in bad condition, but the staff from the moment you walk in to check in, was not very friendly, unhelpful at all times and refused to address concerns when they were brought to their attention. While they did say, they do not offer housekeeping services on a daily basis and only do it on a request basis, even when I called to request service services more than 24 hours in advance they did not clean my room once during my three night stay. When I asked the manager on duty, Faith, she was not interested in apologizing, or making any kind of concession as I was checking out. I will now have to go to the trouble of formalizing this complaint to the Hotel operations manager, Joshua Ivey. "

"The hotel is in great location. It’s in a historic building and the room was no frills, clean, and perfectly fine. It’s downtown so road noise from revving engines is a thing. The staff is great and friendly, and vending machine prices were super cheap. Bed and pillows were comfy, towels and water pressure were fine. It had a big closet, which is something older hotels have. I’d definitely stay again. "
