The location was 10-10. The amenities (valet, Starbucks, breakfast, and bar) were excellent and made the stay. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some refreshing but for the price, I was happy. It was very affordable and I wasn’t expecting 5-star perfection based on cost. Clean room and clean hotel in general! The StarBucks coffee shop connected to hotel is very convenient! Bars at hotel are very cool as well. Staff was pretty solid. Bar tender was a little different vibe but coulda been just an off night for him. Great stay overall.

The view was great and that is the extent of that. The air in the entire building was terrible, the room super worn outdated in a sense but gross gross GROSS. The parking was alot didnt mention that it would cost 50+ when i booked the room, then when i parked i checked in and confirmed with the front desk lady and she confirmed it was the right parking place. I brought the parking ticket the next morning to get it switched out for 45.00 instead of hundreds of dollars in the parking space. the guy said nothing he can do it is the wrong parking space. paid for breakfast but the line was so long to get in my family had to skip it after waiting in line for 45 min to get seated. 0/10 would recommend.

Over all a great hotel, We stay here every time we come to STL. The rooftop made a delicious cherry cokes for the kids and the restaurant downstairs had great food. This time we were on the 24th floor. It was a bit loud up there do to the roof top bar and grill, but it wasnt bad enough to stop sleep

We paid right at $400 for one night to stay here and it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms were hot all night. The pool is way too small for the size of hotel and extremely overcrowded, they advertise room service and food delivery and when we try to call and make our order, they advise that they weren’t doing that. The staff left our DoorDash order at the counter for however long without notifying us that it was there. Staff was rude and had no interest in trying to be helpful or explain situations. The only positive was at the valet. Staff was very friendly. Overall a terrible experience.
