Lovely small boutique hotel with great food and service. Great location and lovely family rooms

We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. The food and beverage options are nice but overpriced, but I think it must be a thing in China as other 5 star hotels we visited in the country were the same. This hotel is a haven of calm in a...

Really authentic hotel, staff were really lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Evening music and attentive staff made the experience really relaxing

The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely and upgraded us to a duplex 2 bedroom suite, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very helpful and her English was very good too, she is a credit to the hotel.
