It is a very nice hotel once you arrive. The interior is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, getting to the hotel can be quite challenging, especially for international travelers who do not speak Chinese. One important detail that was not disclosed is that the hotel is not directly accessible by car. This created a major inconvenience for us. Even our taxi driver was unfamiliar with the area and ended up driving into a very narrow dead-end alley. We eventually had to get out and walk approximately 300 meters with our luggage in the afternoon heat, while the driver had to struggle back his vehicle out because there was no room to turn around. Needless to say, neither we nor the driver were happy with the situation. The hotel is also difficult to locate, as it is tucked away inside an alley and partially hidden behind another hotel. I believe the hotel should provide guests with detailed arrival instructions and the best drop-off location before arrival. Another disappointment was the airport transportation information. It was advertised with a 24-hour airport shuttle service, but when we inquired about it, the quoted price was over three times the cost of a regular taxi. We ended up taking a regular taxi to the airport, but because cars cannot reach the hotel entrance, we again had to drag our luggage through the residential alley to the nearest main street to meet the taxi.If you plan to stay here, I recommend researching the arrival logistics in advance.

Very unimpressed with this property. It looks nothing like it does in the photos. Staff was unfriendly. None of them could speak english. The carpet in the rooms were filthy. I couldn't get hot water in the shower. The park area, sidewalks, and the rooms are very dated and shabby. After two days I decided to change to the Holiday Inn. I'm dairly certain I got bed bugs there. I couldn't stop itching. I had to have all my clothes washed and suitcase disinfected. If there were zero stars all across the board I would give them. The owners need to get this hotel whipped into shape.

I had booked the best room in the hotel, but the one they gave me was simply imposible to stay in. It looked into a courtyard where people (mainly employees) walked by almost yelling after 1 AM. I had to move to another one, 8226. The room was extreme small (I asked at least for two beads to have space for my luggage and want posible either). It was also in a second flor without an elevator, very tolling with 2 large suitcases. Let’s not talk about the view to nowhere, basically an old rotten fence against a the window. The offer to change room for the second night, or at least a partial refund would have gone a long way, but that didn’t happen either. Also, I get we are in China and English is not widespread spoken, but you are an hotel for gods sake, at least one person with the most basics skills (like numbers from 1 to 10) would help. The cherry on top of the cake was the taxi back to the hotel, kindly offered by the front desk for 350 RMB, while the Didi charged me 65. Who is pocketing the difference? Who knows. Terrible experience.

This hotel is at an amazing location. It’s close to a very famous Hu Tong, which is Tong Luo Gu Xiang. Only a few minutes walk, then you can easily spend a few hours walking up and down the Hu Tong, with lots of shops and food on each side. I am amazed how this hotel is located in the center of the city, but the night is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. I would like to specially mention a staff Miss Xiao Shi (小时）, when she found out my daughter does not feel well, she went above and beyond to help us out. The room is clean, the shower is great. I feel really at home at this very friendly place! Thanks for the great work!
