"The pools were excellent. Beach is beautiful. The only downside was the vendors that approach guests on the beach. The staff was friendly but some were a little less interactive than what we have experienced at Excellence resorts in Mexico. Well worth the money and I would definitely go again. "

"The staff was absolutely warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to show their Caribbean hospitality. Julissa from the Elite Lounge was excellent. We didn’t initially get offered the room upgrade. However, Julissa later personally came to our room to offer us an upgrade: a room with a swim-out pool. Unfortunately, we refused the upgrade because our room had a great view of the resort. We had a great time and would recommend this resort to family and friends. We will also be returning soon in the near future. We had an awesome ! "
