"I booked a king size bed room. The attendant gave me the keycard. The room smelled really bad and the smoke alarm had a bag over it. Non smoking room. I had them move me. Second room, door would not open. I think the deadbolt was locked and people were inside. Door would not budge. Third room, last room they had available, smelled, had mold in shower corner, had a toothbrush in the window, had a disconnected room phone on the shelf. It made me feel like the room was unclean, but I had to sleep somewhere. On top of that, it looked like the next room over had someone living there and taking care of stray cats. The hotel has a sign saying no pets. I got there around 10pm, and the neighbor had his door open, was sitting in a chair, and cats were going in and out. At 6:30 am, it was the exact same condition. Also, when connected to the WiFi, I could not get enough signal to do anything."
