However, guests are inconvenienced due to 1) no desk in room. I was told by reception that desks are available in superior rooms and not in basic rooms. Peaceful, relaxing, charming.

The property is really good. The view was really mesmerizing with a background of long trees and the foggy tea estate after rainfall. Breakfast was Very Good. Staff is also very much responsive.

Amazing hotel!! Amazing location!! Amazing Hospitality!!

Close to Munnar yet perched high above this slightly scrappy town gives this historical place a lofty view of the verdant valleys. The staff are very helpful and friendly on all levels. Excellent reception and courteous check in

Loved everything!

Incredible views! Get the room with the view. It's very peaceful here, staff are attentive and welcoming, on-site restaurant is great. Room was also great, although fan very loud in our particular room - maybe an old fan that needs replacing. Otherwise 5*

Thomas and his staff made our stay run very smoothly. Our tour of the Tea plantation was a fantastic experience.we ate at the hotel on both nights of our stay and the food was excellent. The free tour of the grounds was an added bonus!well worth a stay and it doesn't feel like a soulless corporate hotel!

Very beautiful and green property with a super friendly and polite staff. Good place for a weekend gateway away from city noise and pollution.

A good resort for a getway from the city crowd ..

Stay was wonderful, really lovely people who worked there. The place was beautiful and very well maintained. Very peaceful with the bonus of enjoying tea tasting and sunset/sunrise walks with the staff to guide Really recommend to anyone staying in the area
