Relaxing 2 days stay. We very much enjoyed it.

Fantastic staff and location, highly recommended

Beautiful property in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. Great room with excellent facilities. Restaurant options on site are very good. An ideal base to chill out whilst in Tuscany.

This was a real gem. I had a single room but the bed was bigger than a regular single bed and was very comfy too. The facilities in the room were excellent and classy, including a shower that had a fine array of options and was switched on by a remote control, a first for me! Breakfast was in a lovely room and the table settings were, again, very classy. The host was gracious and accommodating including setting breakfast for me early on the day I left. All in all, I recommend highly.

Beautiful surroundings in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. First class accommodation you would not expect at the first sight.

It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. Really top class hotel. It’s part of Leading Hotels of the World group and it easily lives up to that standard. As with all the very best hotels, exceptional facilities are taken to another level by the quality of the people inside. Every single member of the team we encountered was amazing. Perfect in every way.

Great accommodation in excellent location between Portoferraio and Porto Azzuro with nice views of the sea and mountains. We have stayed here a few times now but did note that it is not quite as well equipped as before with lack of tea towel, oven cloth but otherwise excellent

Everything is good. Nice staff and excellent service. Spa area is clean and versatile

Good: nice seawater pool, private clean beach, excellent breakfast, kettle in room. Thermal pool was good. Not many children but ours were welcomed. Would recommend it Bad: reception staff unable to advise on local day trips, did not know much about local towns, you have to research yourself.

Location of this hotel is brilliant. Hotel has a contemporary feel and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reported a few things to reception and maid (hand soap dispenser wasn't working and our keycard didn't work for a short while) but both issues were dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Totally wonderful experience. Staff, decor, food was without doubt the best hotel during our monthly tour of Europe.

Check in staff/front office/spa reception staff/housekeeping/ breakfast and especially golf staff all very good. Sometimes breakfast coffee service was a bit slow and cappuccino not very warm. Also very surprised that 2 poached eggs cost €10 per person. Bell boy also very good

One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed.
