"Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. "I did tons of research before Florence. This hotel was highly rated + a good price + an amazing location, so we went for it! I so wanted to LOVE it but hated it at first and then it grew on me. I have listed all the pro's & cons below and the pros far outweigh the cons. FYI - this is based on our room, the Bruneschelli Suite, room 308. "Fantastic 5* place. Excellent facilities for families with young kids. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Extremely clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it. There are loads of private beach clubs blocking it from public access."
