I additin to excellent services and facilities, and the helpful staff, i must mentiion the fabulous food - buffet style, fish restaurant at waters edge, and the heritage, regional specialty restaurant called Curries. outstanding.

The staff were excellent and made us feel comfortable as well as organising some great experiences. The room was lovely and the location adjacent to a pretty much private beach is exceptional.

It was a really beautiful room with the lovely ocean scenery. We can hear the sounds of waves.

It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was mosquitos in the room. Otherwise we really enjoyed the views and the nature.

Really friendly staff - you feel that your comfort is their number 1 concern. Room is just like the picture, it is spacious and really comfortable. The food is very nice and very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too with shops, sights and good restaurants within walking distance. There is no bar, which is a slight shame, but it appears that will be addressed soon.

Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Having travelled around India for 5 weeks it was refreshing to find a hotel where we weren’t pestering for reviews every 5 minutes! Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. And all this just a short stroll to all the amenities of North Cliff. We were there when the monsoon started and as we had a late flight they allowed us to use our room until late...

this was a family holiday-a first time visit to Kerela this hotel far exceeded our expectations I cannot raise a single flaw staff humble kind and honest we have to give specific mention to Santosh who was the hotel driver he was brilliant! He went out of his way to acomadate our internirary-even arriving at 1am to take us towards north Kerela. He was professional, very kind and very knowledgable of local and distant tourist spots!
