"First time in India. The hotel is showing its age a little bit with the odd loose floorboard around the pool area or occasional gurgling plumbing but no major issues and the communal areas are all well kept and clean. Our room was fine and the in- house dining options are very good. However, the real gem of this hotel is the staff - they are lovely, kind and considerate. I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look.
