Great visit convenient

This was am amazing stay whilst on a 3 day cycling tour on the East Coast. The staff were amazing - helpful, kind and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the private hot spring in the room was just perfect after a long day on the bikes. There was free pour over coffee tasting, a delicious evening buffet and just the best breakfast I've had throughout my 3 weeks in Taiwan. There was a swimming pool (we did not use it) and peaceful grounds to wander round. I can't rate this property...

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The lobby is very well designed and staff is very professional and friendly. We love the fact that we could get coffee and food in Starbucks. And it is super close to a MRT station and Taipei centre. Also, they provide gym and self service laundry. The view from our room is great. We were very pleased with the hotel and glad to stay there for our Taipei trip. Highly recommend if it fits your budget.

Great hotel , one of the best we've stayed in for a long time . Loved the vinyls in the room that you could swap at reception . Loved the Aesop toiletries . Loved the outside terrace where you could take your own drinks and food up to . They just had everything spot on . Well done guys .

Staff were fantastic and made the trip. Unfortunately the typhoon hit as we got in, they did offer to cancel the stay on the day but we were nearly there, and they made every effort to make the trip enjoyable despite limitations from the weather. Only qualms are that the food in the restaurant could be better for vegetarians but the kitchen staff accomodated changes as requested.

Excellent location for shops and eateries. Perfect for MRT and getting around. Highly recommend.

Ok

big room and clean, staffs very nice.

The amenities are amazing. Water world is the best for children and grown ups.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, that it's in Taiwan, where expectations of hotels is low makes that even more impressive! The hotel itself is on is Ita Thao side of Sun Moon lake, which in my opinion is the better side. We didn't like the Main side as much. You step out the door pretty much onto the main road with all the street food vendors for snacks/breakfast/lunch/dinner. As they shut up by 7pm it doesn't disturb you in the evening. The food on the road is great and...

The hotel is quite new. Staff are really friendly. A bit far away from the airport, high speed train station and city center comparing to the size of the city. You need to take a taxi to these places. But all need less than 30 mins.

Very fresh new hotel. Clean and comfortable.

All round excellence. Great location and a superb hotel.

Super location and great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

Friendly professional helpful staff. Excellent food. Great convenient location with a variety of transport links. Clean morden facilities and rooms. Will definitely stay here again.
