Excellent room. No emphasis on the view. Parking is good. Very spacious and clean room. We have got 2 rooms and they even closed up a section of the main walk way to allow us to a have our own private sitting area outside our rooms.

Everything here is good! Good location, it is nearby 伊達邵 where we can buy food street. Just few minutes walk, we can reach the pier where we can book for boat ride. The room is very big and clean. There is balcony with partial lake view. We can have fresh air. The room is well equipped with electronic control. We just need to press few button to switch on the light and curtain. The bathtub is very big, we can have hot bath every day. The car park is just downstairs in the same building. We won’t get wet even there is heavy rain. The hotel has prepared snacks, drink and wine. It is amazing! I would stay again if I come in the future.

Excellent Vacation Hotel

It's a perfect vacation hotel at Sun Moon Lake area. It offers everything my daughter likes: pools, jacuzzi, hot spring, and even in-room hot spring like bath tub. No complain at all with the hotel and will definitely come again if visiting Sun Moon Lake in the future.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, that it's in Taiwan, where expectations of hotels is low makes that even more impressive! The hotel itself is on is Ita Thao side of Sun Moon lake, which in my opinion is the better side. We didn't like the Main side as much. You step out the door pretty much onto the main road with all the street food vendors for snacks/breakfast/lunch/dinner. As they shut up by 7pm it doesn't disturb you in the evening. The food on the road is great and very cheap. The staff were fantastic and super helpful with great english. The hotel had a lovely bar you could sit in and get a beer or a cocktail in the evening. The executive club on the roof had incredible views of the lake and lovely drink and food options. Our room was one of the best and most high tech rooms I have ever stayed in as well as super clean. Free mini bar too. The hot and cold spring tubs we used every day and I even started to enjoy the cold tub! The only complaint would be that the room was so high tech with the lights and curtains that it was hard to work out which light switches did what and there was no setting to just have a single side lamp on for reading. The gym had really good new Matrix kit, but I would have preferred not to be able to hear the yells from the Sports bar side while working out as it felt a bit intimidating as well as annoying. A more robust soundproofed partition would be better. Overall and excellent hotel though.

Location was unbeatable
The room size was good and clean, but the lighting was poor, it didn’t seem to be thought designed. It felt blue, grey and cold, lack of welcoming warmth which was really unfortunate. The lighting design in the public areas were much better.
