"We were given a 4 bedder instead of 2. And there is an attached hot spring bath. Whoa… it’s very relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a long day of traveling. The staff were super friendly n caring.. they help us to bring our luggage’s out during the earthquake on 3/4/2024.. very safe indeed as their emergency power cut in very fast. In the midst of chaotic, they didn’t forget to offer us another 2 bottles of mineral water during the check out. "

I think the windows are not air tight. Be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Most staff work here are above and beyond. I forgot my retainer here and they called me. The person helped me check-in made me feel rushed. The service from other staff made it up, so still 5 stars. "
