"There was a light on the mirror facing the bed that was unable to switch off. It made the room bright overnight. If I could switch it off, it would be better. Also the round bathtub near the entrance was a bit high. "

"Hotel was centrally located in a busy tourist spot so easy to get around. Close to Ximen station (walking distance). Good sized room. Buffet breakfast available which is nice to start the day with. No complaints, thank you! "

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."
