We booked three family rooms here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms and amenities are in excellent condition, with hot showers and automatic bidet toilets. They’re right next to the night market, yet surprisingly quiet. Parking is available too. We slept great, loved the stay, and will definitely return!

Very friendly and attentive staffs. The front desk and the house keepers provided me a great deal of assistance and accommodation while I had a medical emergency during the stay. Like the clean room and laundry facility. The cons are outlaying location and no restaurant or cafe available inside the hotel.

The location is perfect for going to the airport and it provides a free shuttle, but the hotel staffs gave mixing feelings mostly friendly enough except the one who checked us in was impatient maybe she'd been working long hours?

The staff at the hotel was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent, well worth $20. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The airport shuttle to the airport was comfortable, and the driver did an excellent job of getting us to the airport in a timely manner. The only negative thing was that a couple lights in the room didn’t work. But they were just the minor lights, the main lights worked good. Overall our stay there was excellent, and I would stay there at the Holiday Inn again if I come to Taiwan in the future.

The surrounding area don’t have any shop even if it’s 7 eleven or family mart. The hotel also won’t provide bottle drink. Need to go lobby to fill water with own bottle from drinking machine. However the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. One more important thing is the hotel provides the transport to Taoyuan airport for free with scheduled time.
