"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

"Staff was excellent, rooftop bar and pool were nice, but the tiles at the pool was very slippery and many guest had problem with it. We checked-in an average room where the AC was not that great and the shower and the bathtub was clogged, but the hotel fixed it and gave us an upgrade, so we stayed in a suite for the last 2 nights, which was very nice."

"The hotel staff are wonderful, addressing questions and requests immediately and without hesitation. It’s a sophisticated small hotel, with large rooms, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The location in Palermo Hollywood was perfect for me - 10-15 minutes from the bustle of Palermo SoHo but in a quieter area. Great suggestions provided for Buenos Aires’ many renowned heladerias (ice cream) and restaurants. Great breakfast with tons of choices - however know carbs for gluten free folks. ...

"We loved this lodge! It was clear we were in the jungle (it was right out our balcony) and had a true Lodge feel while being modern and with amenities. The breakfast was amazing! At check in, the staff helped is purchase our tickets to the falls, which was very helpful. We were able to change and go off to see the falls before the room was available. We also could wait on the property after we checked out and did our day's activity. It was perfect and reasonably priced! We'd stay again!"
