This hotel is amazing. It has everything you need. This hotel is located in the National Park perfect for relaxing. the view iguazu falls vi are tremendous. The rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, the Staff are very friendly and helpful specially; Oscar, Alberto, Hector, Jorge, Juan, Milagros, Janina, Gabriela, Natalia(spa) Matias (pool) Lourdes, Luciano, Yenifer (bar) and Magdalena. Everybody are very nice. I recommend it 100%.

Beautiful hotel that is convenient for visiting Iguazu Falls Argentina. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. We had dinner, breakfast and lunch at the hotel. The food was really good but the head waitstaff at dinner & lunch were standoffish and less friendly that expected from a tourist location.

The Gran Meliá Iguazú was wonderful in every way: cleanliness, comfort, amenities, great food, and, of course, location. But what really stood out was the staff. Besides being professional and helpful, they seemed genuinely happy, in a way that was contagious. This was especially important because, unfortunately for us, it rained heavily every day we were there, so all the trails were closed. But our room looked out on beautiful views, and it was fun to see the monkeys, toucans, vultures, and other birds.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful and always willing to help. The lunch and dinners were very good, the steaks were cooked to perfection. ( (The menu is the same with 5 or 6 additional dishes at dinner). Breakfast has a large selection of fruits and hot dishes Easy and direct access to the waterfall trails.

We are a family of 4 adults, We stayed 2 nights at the Gran Melia. We are very glad we chose to stay here. Gran Melia is located within the Argentina Iguazu National Park. It is 5 Star Resort in every way. Trails to see Iguazu Waterfalls within 5 minutes walk on paved path from the hotel. Upper trails takes you for close look from above the falls. From the lower trail you will see the same falls head-on. It has a elegant restaurant with full breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also 3 bars. We saw many monkeys and some exotic birds. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

The location is fantastic. My room was a bit small and basic for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic but needs serious renovation. The tiles are falling and broken. Access to the park is awesome. The gym is great.

We stayed two nights to enjoy Iguazu National Park. The location was excellent inside the national park. We booked a 2 queens mountain view room and it was as I expected and other facilities in the hotel, such as restaurants, bar, and pool etc. are great design and maintained well. There was a timely communication after the booking, then check-in, check-out, concierge, room services are all smooth and professional. Breakfast was included in the plan and all foods were delicious including western style dishes and some local taste foods. We also had dinners two times and the variety of the menu, wine list, services were great. Sometimes I had to wait a while to order additional drink etc., but overall experience was pretty high.

Don't miss out on the spa! Ive gotten lots of massages but the one I had with Gabriela (i think) was amazing! And the food is all so good. I wasnt hungry but kept eating.
