Checkin staff were excellent. Room was very clean and well maintained. View was excellent. It is easy to walk to a nearby area with many restaurants. We also had a great dinner at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good—excellent fruit salad! Pool area is nice. Friendly staff overall.

Holiday to the falls

Lovely hotel close to the tourist centre of Iguazú town with views over the river. About 20-25 minute ($15) cab ride to the waterfalls but we found it better to be close to the town to walk out I. The evenings

The IGUAZU place to stay

A lovely hotel in the middle of a tropical forest. The amenities where a surprise, a beautiful pool, restaurant bar and spa area. The staff was exceptionally helpful with tourist information in English because our Spanish is really lacking!! I would really recommend staying here if you visit the falls

The Panoramic Grande Hotel was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay. The staff was very helpful in every way, especially with suggestions for dinner and taxis. We stayed on the fourth floor facing the rivers and had amazing views at sunset from our balcony. There were many places to eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, however the view of the falls is much better from the Brazilian side.

No complaints at all.

Hotel is very clean. There are handicap grab bars and a ramp into the restaurant. The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5.

Really nice property in a great location. Nice setting along the river and near the bulk of the activity during the evenings...an easy 2 block walk around the corner. Rooms nicely done. Was grateful they offered me an early check-in so i could refresh and head straight to Iguazu Falls. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Had an evening flight out so i enjoyed the pool for my last afternoon and then was able to use the spa to shower prior to flying out. Really lovely, super helpful staff. They will happily arrange taxis and store luggage if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The folks who work here are so kind. So kind. They were nothing but helpful. The actually facility however was a bit old in some ways so that’s the only thing. Had to press the button hard and long for the toilet to flush and the hot tub had clearly has seen lots of use over the years. I’d still stay here again because it was worth the value.

This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. Luckily I had their WhatsApp to contact them. The staff were neither surprised nor apologetic so I got the impression this was a common occurrence. They fixed it and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I might stay again. It was just a bit weird.

This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.
