If you need water, hair conditioning, coffee, you need to go explore outside the hotel. The room does not have iron. does not have a lounge or bar. the refrigerator is old. The balcony is dirty and unkept. A very bad experience in a place than claims to be 4 STARS. Does not remotely get close to a 3 stars hotel

Property is located on the corner in a lower class neighborhood. It's easy to miss, as the sign is very small. The lobby is small, but easy to use. There are two elevators. Check in is quick and easy, and the staff spoke some English. They ordered a taxi for us, for our early trip and it was right on time. The rooms seem normal. We had a group of 4, with 3* rooms total. We paid for all of the same style of room. One of our group got a large room, with a couch and significantly more space, but no patio. Our room on the 9th floor had a patio. No real view to speak of, but nice to sit outside. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and feature a flat screen tv. Bathrooms are tiny, and feature a bidet if that interests you. Our shower had nice pressure and hot water was consistent. Room features a small sink outside of the bathroom and a mini fridge. Air conditioner worked amazing. We got cold at night. Lots of outlets, but no USB outlets.

Very friendly staff. Some misunderstanding as to who paid the taxi driver for a transfer. The driver was dishonest. The bathroom sink was not usable the one night but there was a kitchen sink. The shower sprayed over the top making quite a mess. I would, however, stay here again. Great restaurant downstairs.

Staff was polite. Brought us utensils, arranged money exchange. Good location compared to other areas, stores, pharmacies and cafes are around; safe. Blow dryer was old - too hot and shut off after 3 minutes. Hotel entrance door locks and when there is nobody at the reception - you can't get in. This happened only once though
