Just spot on. All the comforts of a good lodge surrounded by excellent game within several hours of Joburg and if you're lucky you can be charged by elephant and stalked by leopard at night, before retiring to the bar for a big G&T and prepping for the morning balloon ride. Very good food guarenteed to make you heavier than when you arrived. Staff throughout are efficient and lovely. Must do; the waterhole hide at the end of a 200m tunnel. Super place and will go back asap.

Room was spotless, staff were amazing. Beautiful location and our safaris booked through the resort could not have been better. We had a massage at the spa and a pedicure which were both also very good. All in all we had the most fantastic time and I can’t wait to come back.

This was a great place to stay for our needs, a spacious chalet, well furnished, great bed, and outdoor had a nice bush experience with birds and antelope 👍.Golf course is good, restaurant superb 👌, we’ll be back soon 🙏👍

Owner invited us for a beer on arrival and helped point us in the right direction for somewhere good to eat that night. Property is laid out very well and room was spacious and clean with wonderful views on the bay. Did not get to use pool unfortunately ad we arrived close to sunset and left early the jext morning. We stayed here for 3 nights April 2015 arriving from the UK. Hotel is in a quiet location excellently placed for exploring the Cape. Cape Town is 35 minutes away. Discrete and gracious owners and staff. Very helpful in providing us with touring information, dinner reservations and transport to the cruise terminal. We all had a fantastic, relaxing time and the restaurant had a tasty menu and delicious food, we’ll be back and recommend to all my friends and family. Beware of the cheeky monkeys. Don’t leave anything outside your accommodation, they steal haha.

Ideal, 30 min drive from CPT airport. Security on gate present all night for late arrivals, so fine to get in late if flight delayed. Breakfast very good, restaurant in grounds amazing and great value. Rooms a bit dated but comfy large beds so no problem sleeping. A great bar for arrival for a few nights in exploring the Stellenbosch area. Will book again !
