It does take 60-90 minutes to check-in, passports, customs & baggage screening. Our room #329 was large, which was nice, however, the carpets were worn and stained. It was cold/unheated in the hotel lobby and the hotel dining room. It was warmer in the RER B train station attached to the hotel (note air temp at CDG was ~ 10 degrees C)"

"Your hotel is great. CDG airport is too spread out, too large and terrible for seniors with disabilities. Few people movers and long walks from gates. I’ll never use it again."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."
