The hotel is fairly big with a lot of rooms. But I didn’t expect the rooms to be small. It was me and my husband and we almost fit like could not move around much. No fridge. No hair dryer in the room, had to request it from reception everyday and return it right after the use. We didn’t have any towels when we checked in. I asked for hot water to make my tea they made me buy tea from their vending machine when they had a whole area for breakfast and dining area. Otherwise it was clean and modern.

I was charged extra amount for £71.23 and took the card details on Arrival. I was told this would be refunded but they never did. I was the only occupants of my room and believe a part of the deposit was for breakfast which cost €8.00. I was there Sunday to Thursday morning. There was no single glass for you to use to get water to use after brushing your teeth. The room was not cleaned I had to go the reception multiple times to complain before the room could be cleaned once in four nights. The electronic key card did not work. I had to return to the reception to have it coded on the day I arrived. Cold breakfast of same things were served every morning. Staff were unfriendly. The room is very small and no wardrobe at all.

I liked how - there was a nearby shopping mall, - the room was nice and clean, - staff were able to speak English. - The hotel is VERY affordable. - Alot of bus routes available close by Things I didn’t like. - The location was quite confusing at first but when I discovered there was a nearby train station to the city centre, i was able to travel around easily. - I wish the hotel was closer to the city centre. - I found it annoying when my key access card won’t stop working - I wish there was more breakfast options - Wish there was a microwave or drinking water or fridge in my room
