Beautiful new hotel in a great location to explore Santa Cruz, we will be back, great value for money

Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. We could not complain about the staff who were all wonderful and could not do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was good, a great selection and cava and cavier every day! Unfortunately...

Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. This hotel is excellent, for accommodation, food and location next to the beach and close to shopping centre. All the staff are fantastic, could not fault it in any way. Will be going here again.

Our 3 night at this hotel was an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Spain. Our checking at the hotel was smooth although we had arrive way early than 4pm the staff really accommodate us and make us feel at home. They were very helpful and pleasant. We had a double room on the 8th floor , very big room , plenty of space, very large bed, dantastic the hotel is a short stroll from the city center and lago martinez ( great artificial pool); worth a visit for a day but i would recommend to use the hotel facility as the pool is nice. i tried the indoor and outdoor pool , im satisfied with both, visited the SPA for a relaxing massage it was great. Food was excellet and staff very polite, spanish is a requirement

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is one of the best hotel we have stayed in, the staff are helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was exceptional, from our room to public areas and poolside. There are three big pools to swim in and plenty of sun loungers to use.
