"We loved staying here in one of the log cabins! Very accommodating staff with lots of facilities. Restaurants and breakfast were wonderful and loved exploring the surrounding area. Only downsides would be the spa area - water very cold small pool more ideal for children than adults. Also the hotel charges entry for music / club nights which is discouraging. "

"I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. The is a kiosk at reception but unfortunately we don't get groceries in here too use in kitchen so you need to go to supermarket. The apartment is maintained quite well. If you walk to the reception area the bus stop, restaurants.. are reachable quite...

"Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor....

"Decent accommodation close to the arctic wilderness with good availability from the hosts. Needs some attention on cleanliness, common spaces like shower seemed not cleaned for a while. Leaky tube in the common toilet. Some silverfish (insect) were present in our room."

"I won’t back to this hotel just because they don’t help you to take the luggage to the room, they don’t even let you to take your car near to the building, we had to take the luggages far from the car on the snow… it was a bad experience. Luckily the room was pretty good."
